How to apply Sol Silicate Paint
Made from potassium silicate, this paint must be applied in accordance with product instructions to ensure a perfect finish. First, pay attention to air humidity, which should range between 50% and 80%.
Next, check the substrate’s moisture level, which should not exceed 3%. The ambient temperature should be between 5°C and 30°C, with an estimated drying time of 12 hours at around 20°C.
Additional recommendations for using this product relate to ambient temperature and humidity levels. It is advisable to apply it at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C and with relative humidity between 50% and 80%.
Under no circumstances should it be applied in strong winds, direct rain, or when there is a risk of frost within the following 48 hours.
